I opened up about my issues and concentrated on reducing my portion size to around a third of what it used to be. Actually, taking action is the second weight-loss tip and method. I refrained from moping or looking for someone to blame. Actually, I was relieved that I didn't put on too much weight. I also increased my intake of fruits and vegetables by two times. I also convinced myself that, in the grand scheme of things, dealing with weight gain was not that big of a concern given that we are dealing with the epidemic.
