Local Law 10 11
The local law 10 11 is a law created in New York state related to the exterior facade of buildings that are at least six stories or higher. This law is now better known as FISP (Facade Inspection Safety Program). According to this law, buildings taller than six stories need to have their facades inspected at least once every five years. Once the inspection is done, the building is supposed to file a report with the department of buildings. At Zicklin Contracting, we understand this local law and carry out inspections of your properties.
