Normally, Phillies' outfielderJeff Francoeur has a cannon. But his arm is making headlines Sunday for the opposite reason.

Francoeur was trying to Kayvon Thibodeaux Jerseys fielda well-hit ball by Washington's Denard Span, but he bobbled it at first, then whiffed on the ensuing throw, leaving him Sterling Shepard Jerseys with nothing to do but chuckle.

The play sent Span to third base, and he scored on the next at-bat. The Phillies lost to the Nationals, 3-2.
